About dr. Boris Onišak

Boris Onišak MD, is founder of Aesthetic Onišak and specialist otorhinolaryngologist.

After receiving his medical degree from Medical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana Dr. Onišak completed his specialization at Clinic for ORL and CFK in Ljubljana.

He also educated himself in the United states of America in Seattle.

During his specialization he imroved his knowledge at numerous european's and world's leading professores like;

• professor dr. Pietro Palma, vice president of European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and acknowledged european surgeon for facial aesthetic,
• professor dr. Wayne F. Larrabee, former vice president of American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery,
• professor dr. Kris S. Moe, Director of Plastic, Reconstructive and oncological Head and Neck Surgery at University of Washington,
• professor dr. Craig S. Murakami from University of Washington and member of Cosmetic Surgery Group at Center Virginia Mason Medical,
• professor dr. Alexander Berghaus, Director of ORL clinic at Grosshadern University Ludwik Maximilians of München,
• dr. Kögler from Centre for aesthetic medicine of Vienna.

Dr. Onišak helds lectures at numerous professional – scientific congresses, he continuously educates himself at international scientific meetings, where he complementes his experiences and also shares his experiences wit other surgeons from different countries. Since 2004 he has been a member of EAFPS (European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery).

Up to these days, he has alredy performed approximately 250 aesthetic nose surgeries, 700 functional operations of the septal cartilage of the nose, nasal conhas and nasal cavities, 700 operations of palatal bones and tonsilla pharyngea on children, 50 minor operations of ears and many more other head and neck operations.
